Obituary of Robert Anthony Schirripa, Jr.
Robert Anthony Schirripa, Jr., 40, of Freehold Township passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, October 5, 2019. Bobby was born in Brooklyn and raised in Freehold Township. A graduate of Freehold Township High School Class of 1997, he lettered in football and was honored to be on the All-Star and All-Shore football teams. He loved sports, especially football, and was an avid NY Jets fan.
Bobby had recently made positive changes in his life, loved reading the bible and shared daily spiritual affirmations. His presence was larger than life and he captured everyone’s attention when he entered a room. When he loved, he loved hard, especially his niece and nephews. His family has lost a shining light and he will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved him.
Bobby is survived by his parents, Robert A. Schirripa, Sr. and Diane Schirripa; his twin, Brian Schirripa and his wife, Kathy of Howell; nephew, Brian Schirripa, Jr., niece, Victoria Schirripa; and nephew, Anthony Schirripa; many aunts, uncles and cousins; and the love of his life, Mia Viera of PA; and her son, Eden who he adored.
