Obituary of Estelle Spooner

Estelle M. Spooner, 91, of Jackson passed away at Bartley Healthcare, Jackson on Wednesday, November 7, 2012. Estelle was born in Newark and had lived in Brooklyn, Queens, and Monroe Twp. before moving to Jackson in 2007. She was an executive secretary at Chase Manhattan, NYC for twenty-five years retiring in 1985. Estelle was predeceased by her husband, Albert Spooner; a brother, Samuel Adrian Nelson; and a grandson, Christopher Spooner. She is survived by a son, Albert Spooner, III and his wife, Terese of Newmarket, NH; a daughter, Lois Steindl of Howell; four grandchildren, Claire Grayson, Ericka O'Reily, Denise Napolitano, Amanda Steindl-Kwiecien; six great grandchildren, Alleah, Caitlyn, Eric, Kali, A.J., and Jack; and a sister, Audrey Geiger of Ridgewood. Visiting at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Friday, November 9, 2012 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 PM. Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the funeral home on Saturday, November 10, 2012 at 9:00 AM for the procession to St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, 31 Asbury Road, Farmingdale, NJ, for her 10:00 AM Funeral Mass. Interment to follow in Pinelawn Memorial Park, Farmingdale, NY.
