Obituary of Albert Tilton

Albert Tilton, 64, of Spring Lake passed away on Saturday, September 28, 2019. He was born in Neptune and raised in Asbury Park and Belmar before settling in Spring Lake in 1995.  He was a stock handler at the Wall Shop rite. Albert was a renowned fisherman and was considered by many to be the best fisherman on the jersey shore.  He enjoyed shopping for antiques and frequented flea markets looking for pieces for his collection.  Albert was an avid baseball fan and loved watching his favorite team, the New York Yankees with his grandson.

He is predeceased by his wife, Sharon Burk Theodor Tilton in 2019. Albert is survived by his daughter, Jacqueline Theodor Burk of Brick; his grandson, Josiah Burk; and his step children Carrie Theodor of Farmingdale; Michelle Lucas of Howell; and many step grandchildren.
