Obituary of Frank Crisafulli

Frank Crisafulli, 92, of Freehold Borough passed away on Monday, December 16, 2019 at Mattison Crossing, Freehold Borough. He was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York and proudly served in the United States Navy during World War II. Frank worked for Nimrow in Elizabeth and Modern Folding Carton in Brooklyn prior to retiring as a dye maker for Union Camp in Moonachie in 1995. He was an avid coin collector and a fan of the Brooklyn Dodgers and then the New York Mets. Frank was predeceased by his brother, Ricci Crisafulli and sisters, Theresa D’Amico, Rosemary DiBona, and Gloria Cuccioli. He is survived by his wife of 69 years, Caroline Crisafulli of Freehold Borough; children, Laura Failla and her husband, Joseph of Smithtown, New York, Ronald Crisafulli and his wife, Manuella of Freehold Township, and Nicholas Crisafulli of Nevada; four grandchildren, Valerie Heaberline and her husband, Garrett of Atlanta, Georgia, Cris Cusati and her husband, Brian of Smithtown, New York, Nicole Pirovolos and her husband, Dean of Ocean Towsnhip, and Jillian Ruel and her husband, Thomas of Howell; and eight great grandchildren, Aidan, Mason, Brooke, Corinne, Jackson, Elle, Max, and Madden. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 18, 2019 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 to 9:00 PM at Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral service at the funeral home on Thursday, December 19, 2019 at 11:00AM.
