Obituary of Helen E. Luca

Helen E. Luca, 98, of Freehold passed away on Monday, January 13, 2020 at Bartley Healthcare. She was born, raised, and lived in Hillsville, PA, moved to Brooklyn in 1948, and settled in Freehold in 1987. Helen was predeceased by her husband Joseph Luca in 1987; five brothers; and two sisters. She is survived by her two children, Richard R. Luca and his wife, Nora of Freehold Township, and Joanne T. Luca of Freehold; two grandchildren, Richard Luca and his wife, Kim of Wall, and Michael Luca of Ocean; three great grandchildren, Austin, Nathan, and Gabrielle; two brothers, Joe Amedure of Lutz, FL, and David Amedure of Sante Fe, NM; three sisters, Virginia Amedure, Betty Clementi, and Dorothy Saqquel, all of Brooklyn; and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Sunday, January 19, 2020 from 12:00 to 3:00 PM with her funeral service to follow at 3:00 PM.
