Obituary of Thomas Kuzma

Thomas G. Kuzma, 76, of Freehold Township passed away on Sunday, January 26, 2020 at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. He was born in Perth Amboy, raised in Metuchen and had lived in Edison before settling in Freehold in 1977. Mr. Kuzma served proudly in the United States Air Force and was a graduate of Rutgers University. He was a baseball and football player and fan, as well as a member of the Elks Club. His family will always remember him as a great father and grandfather. Tom was predeceased by his parents, Andrew and Mary Kuzma. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Lillian Kuzma of Freehold Township; children, Christine Breslin and her husband, John of Freehold Township, Todd Kuzma and his wife, Patricia of Freehold Township; and Karen Collaso and her fiancé, Michael Colonna of Belmar; and grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Taylor, Victoria and Gabrielle. Visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Sunday, February 2, 2020 from 1:00 to 4:30 PM with his funeral service to follow. Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the funeral home at 10:00 AM on Monday, February 3, 2020 for the procession to his committal service at St. Gabriel’s Cemetery & Chapel Mausoleum, 549 County Road 520, Marlboro.
