Obituary of Marie V. Conway

Marie V. Conway, 91, of Freehold passed away on Wednesday, February 19, 2020 at Monmouth Crossing. She was a Clerical worker for the Jersey City Public Library for 15 years. Marie was a fan of Jeopardy and the royal family. She also enjoyed dining out. Above all, she was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, John J. Conway, Sr. in 2017. Marie is survived by her sons, John Conway, Jr. and his wife, Linda of Vermont and Thomas Conway and his wife, Anna Marie of Howell; daughter, Carol Finn and her husband, Joseph of Upper Saddle River; seven grandchildren; and two great grandchildren. Visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524) Freehold Township on Sunday, February 23, 2020 from 1:00 to 5:00 PM. Relatives and friends are invited to gather at 9:00 AM on Monday, February 24, 2020 at the funeral home for the procession to her 10:00 AM Funeral Mass at the Co-Cathedral of St. Robert Bellarmine, 61 Georgia Road, Freehold Township.
