Obituary of Heath S. Persily
Heath S. Persily, 34, of Freehold Township passed away on Friday, April 10, 2020 at CentraState Medical Center. He was born in Lincoln, Nebraska, lived in Old Bridge where he was raised and grew up before settling in Freehold Township in 2012. Heath was a handyman which led to his success as a self-employed Landscaper. He was passionate about bowling and was a member of the Rowdy Racers at Knob Hill Country Lanes in Manalapan where he once bowled a 287. Heath was a diehard Kyle Busch fan and enjoyed everything NASCAR. But most of all he was a loving father, boyfriend, son, brother, and uncle.
He is survived by his daughter, Heather; girlfriend, Melissa Weber of Old Bridge; stepson, Carson; parents, Arnold and Lesley Persily of Freehold Township; sister, Brooke Dzieciol and her husband, Chris of Freehold Township; and nieces and nephews, Dylan, Hailie, Megan, and Brayden.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, relatives and friends are invited to attend his drive through visitation at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Tuesday, April 14, 2020 from 2:00 to 3:00 PM. A private funeral service will be held at the Funeral Home at 3:00 PM. Relatives and friends are invited to participate via Webcast through the Funeral Home website. For those who desire, memorial contributions can be made to his daughter Heather’s future. A memorial service to honor Heath will be held at a later date.
