I will miss MaryAnn at 6:30 mass. She was is beautiful and faithful woman. I say Is because she lives still. I know I will see her again if it be God's will that I reach Heaven. May God Bless Maryann and her family. Jesus, We Trust in You!
Prayers and sympathy to a family who truly had a queen among them! Knowing MaryAnn from 6:30 Mass at St. Rose was one of the added pleasures of attending mass. You could always count on her for a smile, a hug, a kind word, and a generous heart. MaryAnn was fun to be around, and even talking politics from the other side of the aisle, she was understanding and agreeable! I only have very fond memories of Mary ANn and feel so blessed to have been a very small part of her life. She will always be remembered at the 6:30 Mass at St. Rose...there's a special place in the third row, center, Blessed MOther's side, where Mary will forever sit!
Aunt Maryann was a beautiful soul, and she would lead with it —her legacy of kindness and generosity of spirit will be with every person she encountered-we know she is at peace now and we were privileged to have known her! XO—The Taves (Scott and Angie and Celia)

It was a joy to know and work with Maryann. Her role as Health Benefits Director of Manalapan Englishtown School District was the perfect job for her. You could rely on her whenever you needed help, whether with a benefits issue or some other mundane question that she was always so willing to help you with. Everyone came to trust her judgement and wisdom as well and her advice was always so well thought out and helpful. She was kind, compassionate, and a true friend. Maryann had more energy than any of us. LOL... She has left us with so many wonderful memories, that will be cherished forever. We will never forget you. May God give her eternal rest. Gone from our sight, but never from our hearts.
Everyone at Battleview Orchards sends sympathy to the family and friends of this amazing lady! She was blessed with a gift to make everyone smile and feel good in her presence! May we all spread the happiness to others in our daily lives in her honor! We love you Maryann!! RIP our friend!
Everyone at Manalapan Englishtown school district knew and loved Maryann. I had the good fortune of working side by side with Maryann for her entire MERS career. We were colleagues and friends who continued getting together for lunch for all the years after our retirement. I will miss her so much. My sincere sympathy to the Cullen family.
We were lucky enough to see Maryann every Saturday morning for many years, on our weekly visits to the library with our children. She watched them grow up, and for all the years since – whenever we met her on her beloved Pompano Avenue beach, or anywhere else – she asked after them as if they were family, which is the way she asked about everyone she knew. She was a treasure in our town, and will be deeply missed.

I am heartbroken for the loss of a fine woman. She was my neighbor and was always so pleasant. We would always love helping her because she truly appreciated it. The day I told her we were moving we both cried. Rest In Peace and prayers to her family.
Mrs. Cullen was a great woman. She never failed to bring a smile to my face when she told me how smart I was or how gifted I was for being in a law program. I was her religious education student this year and only saw her a month ago. It was an absolute shock to hear of her passing. She had wonderful intentions to volunteer her time and teach others about the church. So I thank her for all she has done in the community and the positive impact she had on how I viewed myself. She is in my prayers.
I was so shocked to hear this news of Maryann passing. For over 20 years, I rented the house next to her in Manasquan. We became friends while we would hang out our wash together. I always remember how nice it was in the evening years ago, to see Maryann, her sister & their mother playing cards on the front porch (pre Sandy). She also lived around the corner from my daughter in Freehold. Last I spoke to Maryann was this Christmas & she sounded great. I hope she didn't suffer too much & I will keep her in my prayers.
John and Chris, your mom was one of the nicest people I've ever known. My condolences to you and your families.

So many of my memories for the past 30 years include MaryAnn. She was the kindest and most caring individual. Her role in Manalapan-Englishtown as the HR benefit coordinator was perfect for her demeanor and skills. Everyone who came in with a problem, question, idea or observation was treated equally -- didn't matter who you were - you came to her and you were MVP. She connected with everyone and so now she can connect with all those who predeceased her in Heaven. In retirement she did so many volunteer activities. We loved you MaryAnn and will miss you tremendously.
