Obituary of Frank Ivanac
Frank Ivanac, 87, of Freehold passed away on Friday, May 29, 2020 at Community Medical Center, Toms River. He was born in Queens, NY and was raised in Trieste, Italy. Frank moved back to the United States in 1951, living in Queens, Long Island, and Staten Island. While living on Staten Island and raising his family, he worked as a longshoreman out of Howland Hook. Frank retired to Florida for several years before moving to Freehold. He loved to fish, especially with his sons. Frank was a loving husband, father, and gradfather and will be dearly missed.
Frank is survived by his wife of 58 years, Rose Ivanac of Freehold; sons, Paul Ivanac and his significant other, Carol Deighan of Old Bridge and Peter Ivanac and his wife, Rachel of Freehold; and grandson, Joseph Ivanac of Old Bridge.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a private visitation will be held. Relatives and friends are invited to participate in a funeral service via webcast through the Funeral Home website on Monday, June 1, 2020 at 2:00 PM.
