Obituary of Norma Jean Hall
Norma Jean Hall, 88, of Farmingdale passed away on Monday, September 21, 2020 at Riverview Medical Center. She was born in Crisfield, Maryland lived in Salisbury, Maryland and Wanchese, North Carolina before settling to Farmingdale in 2015. Norma worked as a Secretary for many years. She was a devoted member of the Bethany United Methodist Church in Wanchese, North Carolina. Norma was part of the Farmingdale First United Methodist Church and was an avid reader, enjoying everything she read.
She was predeceased by her husband, Roger Hall and her brothers and sisters. Norma is survived by her daughter, Mary Jean Tillett of Farmingdale; grandchildren, Aaron Kinsley and his wife, Anna, James Griffith, Caine Griffith, Joseph Griffith, and Ian Griffith; great grandchildren, Jonathan, Grace, and Arianna; and sister, Sandy Barone and her husband, Frank of Salisbury, Maryland.
A memorial gathering will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Thursday, September 24, 2020 from 4:00 to 6:00 PM with her funeral service to follow at 6:00 PM with the Rev. George N. Zigich, officiating. Relatives and friends are also able to participate via the funeral home’s webcast. Inurnment will be private.
