Obituary of Mary Ann Kaufmann
Mary Ann Kaufmann, 84, of Freehold passed away at home on October 27, 2020. She was born and raised in Union, lived in Edison and Old Bridge, before she settled in Freehold in 1998. Mary Ann worked for Sears in the Freehold Raceway Mall for 13 years as a retail associate, and as a waitress in many banquet halls across New Jersey including the Forsgate Country Club & East Brunswick Chateau. She was a natural saleswoman and possessed a charm about her that put her customers and anyone who had the pleasure of meeting her at ease. In her retirement Mary Ann joined the family business Quality Irrigation. She was your typical Italian mom whose family and friends could always count on her to bring a classic dish whether it was to a backyard barbeque or a traditional Sunday family dinner, Whatever she cooked, she cooked it with love. Mary Ann adored her family, especially her precious grandchildren, with whom she would spend time with teaching and playing with every chance she had. She will be missed dearly and remembered by the memories made at home alongside family and friends.
