Condolences
I am so very saddened by the passing of Mike. For all who knew him we have lost a friend, mentor and all around great guy. But, most of all he was a beloved family man who loved his family. From my family to Mike's family we wish you peace in knowing he was a man who will be missed by all who knew him. May he Rest In Peace.
My heartfelt condolences to the Cherney family. I was saddened and surprised to hear of Mike's untimely passing. He was always kind and respectful and resolved problems in a professional manner. I'm grateful for the few years that we worked together, and while I only knew him as a FEMA employee, it's easy to imagine that he was an excellent public servant while serving as a police officer. One of the good guys taken far too soon. Rest in peace Mike!

To Diane and family,
You are all in Dan's and my thoughts and prayers, Mike was a mensch, always thinking of others and with never a bad word or thought. He was so calm, and brought that calmness to others. I know this is so difficult for you, but I hope the times you had together, the memories you made, and the differences Mike made in so many lives will be a comfort in the future.

Diane, Keith and Emily,
My heart breaks for you and for all those who knew Mike. His passing will leave a huge void, which is a testament to what a great person he was. I wish you, your family and friends peace during this horrible time.

There isn’t a person I know that didn’t love Mike!! He wasn’t much of a morning person and would never say “Good morning “... just “Morning” :)...that always made us smile! To tell you the truth..it’s not often that you meet and get to know such a close knit family as the Cherney’s!! What a shock...for sure! I would just like to say that I loved and appreciated Mike’s and his sense of humor and can’t imagine Mike not being at Earle..2020 sucks.
Diane I am so sorry for your loss Mike was such a great person and I know he will be missed by everyone. I have such great memories of the two of you when we worked together and will treasure those times as I was blessed to have known Mike and You.

Mike was my first in law and my favorite. Watching him with Keith and Erin and then with his grandkids sealed that deal. I also respected that smile which he used to negotiate many a major purchase. But what I will miss the most is watching him navigate a good menu. I thank him for being a part of and caring for my family. Carry on sir. Love, Linda
Our deepest condolences to the Cherney Family...Our thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time of sorrow...Will never forget all the good times shared with our Manchester Little League....
