Barbara was one of the first people to welcome us to Freehold. I clearly remember her telling us that we'd made a good choice and that Freehold was a wonderful place to raise a family. She called it a 'kinderocracy". She was right! We didn't talk much over the years, just some small talk as she & Elliot would take their walks around the block. She was always sweet and friendly. Barbara was a very special cousin to me. When I was a little girl, we would go on many escapades through New York City. When she moved to Freehold, I would visit her from time to time. Due to distance, we would often communicate primarily by phone. My heart is heavy with her loss, but filled with wonderful memories. She will be dearly missed.
