Obituary of Theresa Deeves

Theresa “Terri” Deeves 83 of Neptune City passed away on Saturday, December 26 surrounded by her loved ones.  Terri grew up in Neptune and graduated from Neptune High School in 1955. As the former First Lady of Neptune City, she took great pride in planting flowers around the town that she loved so dearly.  Terri was an amazing cook, a lifelong Boston Celtics fan, an avid animal lover, especially to her constant feline companion “Daisy”.  Terri was an adoring wife, loving mother and step-mother, grandmother and sister.  She loved her grandchildren and was always happy to hear their stories and learn of their adventures.  She will be greatly missed by her family; especially her devoted husband of 45 years who never left her side.  She was predeceased by her step-son, John Patrick Deeves.  Terri is survived by her husband, Robert (Bob) Deeves of Neptune City, daughter Karyn Jarmer and her wife Melissa McConnell of Oceanport, Jo Ann Jarmer and her partner, Denise Ventimilia of Neptune City.   Step-daughters, Katherine King and husband Ed of Interlaken, Patricia Tuberty and husband Brian of Chalfont PA and daughter-in-law Jill Deeves of Plymouth Meeting PA. Five grandchildren, Jenna, Adam, Jack, Keira and Jamee.  One brother Henry Voss of Eatontown.
