Condolences
I have just heard about Bill's passing and I am so sad for you and your family. Working with him was always a joy going to the office with Michelle and working with Callie. He was so caring and enjoyable to work with. My heart goes out to you all during this difficult time and from some of our conversations over the years his family was his pride and joy . God Bless you all, Pilar Smith

Kelly and family,
Romans 12:15 rejoice with those who rejoice, mourn with those who mourn.
As God wiped away every tear from Bill’s eyes and he entered the eternal joy of The Lord, we mourn with you the great family and man of God Bill was. His memory is inspiring.
Revelations 21:4. And God shall wipe every tear from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, no more sorrow...
Billy was a wonderful man, husband, father, boss, and friend. He truly cared about everyone in his life. May we all find peace and comfort in our memories of him and know that we are all lucky to have had him touch our lives. I have many memories over 30 years but I'll always remember him dancing to "Cotton Eyed Joe" at Bruno's wedding and then using his inhaler after he was done because he put everything into it! He was a special man and will be dearly missed. My condolences.....
Love,
Debbie Kramer

Kelly and family,
It was my honor and privilege to know Billy for these last two decades.
He had a spirit that would fill the room. He was a man of virtue, while quiet and soft-spoken his presence and demeanor spoke volumes. He was a righteous man, a family man, an avid outdoorsman. He was an example for other men to live up to, he set the bar high. He will be missed. My prayers are with him and you the family members.

Kelly and family,
I am so very sorry for your loss. Smiling as I remember bringing the entire team to your lovely home, visiting in the back room of a Communicators for Christ conference, and strategizing about how to finish a conference well and outrun a hurricane. What a beautiful tribute this site is to a beautiful life! Thinking of you with sympathy and gratitude. Asking our Father to comfort your entire family during this time.

Bill I let time and life get in between us but I will never forget you and your love for Kelly and your children. The world will be a little colder and darker without you. God speed
I’m a homebuilder doing business with Bill Sr and Bill Jr for 20 or 30 years- I’ve lost count- but on both a personal and business level I say here are men the likes of which are too hard to find in today’s environment any longer. Everything in Jr’s obituary is more than true and a fine photo selection. What a stand up guy, what a gentleman, what a decent and Good and fair man was he.. I’ll always have tremendous admiration for both Sr and Jr. Bill Jr’s ascension to heaven ahead of the curve is because he likely deserved an early seat- I can’t think of another reason why he’d be called in so soon.
Please forgive my absence from this funeral as I travel out of town visiting my own elderly parent. May G-d bless the life of Billy Jr and his soul, and bless his family and those close to him to quickly find peace in his loss. This pains me- He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. I wish Sr, the family, and all those at Aggressive my sincerest sympathies and condolences. ✌️

Kelly and family - I am so deeply sorry to hear of this loss but my heart is full knowing how much you loved him as he of course loved you. Thinking of you in this sensitive and tender time. Love, Emily Smith (from SRI)
We are heart-broken and so sad at losing such a wonderful guy way too young. Our nephew will always remain a happy memory to us. He was a gentle man. Loving husband and devoted father. He enjoyed Life. Billy was a joy to be around with his sense of humor. He was generous and kind.
He left behind good memories and will be missed by many.
He now walks with Jesus but in our hearts forever.
I was thinking of Billy and Michele when they would come ice skating at Turkey Swamp Park and it seems like yesterday. So sad to lose someone so young.
On behalf of Lennox, the Philadelphia District, and most importantly me I am truly sorry to hear about Billy's passing. I know this is a very difficult time for Billy's family and while I strongly believe he is now with God in complete peace that doesn't take away from the pain that his family is feeling at this time. I pray that God wraps his arms around the entire family and give you all His complete peace.
God Bless
Kelly, Callie, Cullen, and Cayla,

Kelly, Christopher, Callie, Cullen, and Carla,
I am so deeply sorry for your loss. There are no words that have ever been spoken that could put a loved ones loss at ease. I wish there were, because it is such a horrible feeling. Please let me share with you, my memory of Billy, because to me, he was a good man. Maybe it will bring a little solace to you by hearing of how good a man he was.
I used to work for Aggressive 20+ years ago. When I started, I was as an electrician. As time went on I started installing HVAC systems. I was eager to learn and Billy saw that. One day he asked me if I wanted to be a service tech. Being young and naïve, I thought I would be good at it. So Billy gave me a van, a beeper... yeah, a beeper, and gave me a days work and sent me on my way. It was the worst week of my life! The last day of the week, I got yelled at by the customer because I didn’t know what I was doing.
The customer called Billy, and complained to him, and Billy asked to speak to me. I thought for sure I was going to be fired. I was really scared, jobs weren’t easy to come by. When the customer angrily handed me the phone, I put it to my ear and all I could hear was Billy laughing! He almost couldn’t speak he was laughing so hard. Naturally I was somewhat relieved, but confused as well. He gathered himself and asked me if I was ok. I immediately tried to explain myself, but he cut me off and said not to worry about it, he expected it to happen. I was kicked out of customer’s houses once in a while, but Billy kept me doing service.
The following years, he would always give me a pat on the back, when he heard from customers of my “good” performance. He explained to me that it takes time, and he had the service manager Mike, reiterate that as well. Billy sent me to classes, and gave me the most important thing that has made me what I am today. And that is the belief in myself. That’s honestly something that not many people had given me up to that point. He then gave me the opportunity to nurture that belief. I owe Billy so much, and I appreciate everything that he has done for me. I honestly wish that I would have been in closer contact with him over the years. But like everything, life gets in the way.
It seems it’s always the good guys that get taken away from us, way too early. Billy was definitely one of those good guys. If there’s one thing I have learned about losing a loved one is that I feel much better after celebrating their lives, and remembering good thoughts of them, instead of trying to understand why they are gone. Comfort has to come from within ourselves, and those closest to us. It takes time, but it will come. I hope my memory of Billy brings you comfort, please accept my deepest condolences.
