Obituary of Lawrence F. Dimino

Please note that due to inclement weather, the service dates have changed.

Lawrence F. “Larry” Dimino, 62, of Brick passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Saturday, February 13, 2021 at home.  He was born and raised in Brooklyn, moved his family to Manalapan in 1992, and settled in Brick in 2019. After working for the family seafood business, Larry started his first business, Red Top Seafood, in his early 20s. At the same time, Larry was a New York City firefighter at Castle on the Hill #149. Years later, Larry became a stockbroker and worked as a day trader, prior to returning to his roots, owning and operating his seafood distributing company, Seatouch LLC, for 13 years.  He was an avid hockey fan and passionately rooted for the New York Rangers. Larry played for the Jaguars and Sharks at the Tab Ramos Sports Center in Aberdeen, and also coached hockey at the Jersey Shore Arena in Wall. He enjoyed spending time at the beach, watching sunsets, boating, skiing, and cars.  Larry was a devoted husband, loving father, and will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

Larry was predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Jennie Dimino. He is survived by his wife, Lisa Dimino, of Brick; children, Joseph Dimino of Brick, Christopher Dimino of Brick, Deanna Dimino and her husband, Steve Ryan, of Red Bank; his fur babies, Hazel and Bella; brother, Jimmy Dimino and his wife, Glenda of Sarasota, FL; sister, Christine Biondi and her husband, Gary of Bradenton, FL; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Friday, February 19, 2021 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM.  Relatives and friends are invited to attend his 10:00 AM Funeral Mass on Saturday, February 20, 2021 at the Co-Cathedral of St. Robert Bellarmine, 61 Georgia Road, Freehold Township.  For the safety of the public, we are asking everyone to help us adhere to the CDC guidelines.
