Obituary of Paul Zanki
Paul Zanki, 73, of Barnegat passed away at home surrounded by his family on Saturday, March 27, 2021. He was born and raised in Brooklyn and had lived in Staten Island and Manalapan before settling in Four Seasons Mirage in Barnegat in 2003. A protector of his country and his community, Paul proudly served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War, and then as a Highway Patrol Officer for the NYPD in Staten Island until retiring in 1984. He also operated a painting and decorating business for many years. A dedicated family man, Paul could always be counted on for advice, and was always there for friends and family. His time was best spent with his wife, children and grandchildren, and no words can convey how much he will be missed.
Mr. Zanki was predeceased by his daughter, Carolyn Zanki; his parents, Joseph and Clorinda Zanki; in-laws, Peter and Angela Crocitto; and his brother-in-law, Robert Ricciardi.
