Obituary of Eleanor Elizabeth Nappi

Eleanor Elizabeth Nappi, 84, of Colts Neck passed away on Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at Bayside Manor, Keansburg. She was born in Newark and raised in Union Beach. Eleanor retired in 2002 moving to Silvermead for 15 years and then settled to Colts Neck with her son 4 years ago. She had a passion for traveling, especially cruises. Above all, Eleanor was most known for the love she had for her grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Albert Nappi, Sr., in 2011. Eleanor is survived by her sons, Albert Nappi Jr., and his wife, Barbara of Middletown, John Nappi and his wife, Nancy of Aberdeen, and Ted Nappi and his wife, Nereyda of Colts Neck; seven grandchildren, Danny, Connor, Hannah, Liam, Owen, Kristina, and Julia; and brothers, John Williams of VA, and Donald Williams of Toms River.

Visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Friday, April 2, 2021 from 5:00 to 9:00 PM. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her 9:30 AM Funeral Service at the Funeral Home on Saturday, April 3, 2021. For the safety of the public and our staff, we are asking everyone to help us adhere to the CDC guidelines. Facemasks will be required. Interment will take place in Shoreland Memorial Gardens, State Route 35 North, Hazlet.
