Condolences
So very sorry to hear of Carroll's passing. We first worked together in NJB back in 1980 in Newark, both of us helping each other on numerous occasions. Then he decided to transfer down to Freehold area and 3 years later I transferred also, finding us working together again, After retirement I started to work driving a school bus and who did I run into again, yup Carroll. So I think I knew him pretty well, but thru all these times I remember one time that he seemed to be almost walking on clouds and that was when he announced the birth of his son. There was always a twinkle in his eye when he would talk about him. So may I extend my deepest sympathy to his family.
I will miss Neil. Bob Sheppard
Sending my condolences and prayers to you Kathleen, your son, family and friends. May Carroll Rest In Peace.

So sorry for your loss. You and your family are in my prayers. Your memories will keep you going.
I will always have fond memories of Neely. I knew him since we were teens and he married one of my best friends. Over the years he was always the sober one of the group and ready to take care of whatever needed to be taken care of. I will never forget how he took me and my daughters into his home when I had problems and Kathleen invited us to stay there. And my daughters remember how he entertained them in the yard and took them out on his boat and how nice he was to them. And through the years he tolerated the craziness of Katy, Marybeth and me. He was a good, kind man. You will be missed and remembered with much love, Carroll. Sail on and Rest in Peace old friend...
