Bud, love you and miss you so much.

To the family of Badrhn Ubushin: I am truly sorry to hear about the loss of your loved one and wanted to offer my deepest condolences to your family at this time. I only learned of Bud's passing today. I was Director of Rate Counsel when Bud joined the Rate Counsel team. Bud was a fine person who really cared about the representation of the public. I remember him as a dedicated employee, and later as a colleague when I did consulting work for Rate Counsel. Thank you, Bud, for a job well done. You will be sorely missed by all.

My condolances to Bud's Family on his sudden and early death. I knew Bud as a fine attorney,a expert on regulatory issues,a gentleman and a friend. While we were "adversaries" in the court room,I considered him to be a capable,trustworthy and likeable person. My prayers go out to you and your family during your time of loss. It was a pleasure to have worked with Bud down through the years when I was the Chief of Staff at the Division of Rate Counsel.

I am very sorry for your loss. Bud and I were adversaries in rate hearings and matters before the Board of Public Utilities for many years. I respected Bud as a very fine attorney and more importantly as a very fine person whom I considered a friend. Bud will be greatly missed.
