Mary, I seriously miss you, my friend. I am reminded of you often when I look in my hutch and see my Princess House Crystal and think about Mr. Bish's college prep algebra class. I always tell people what a strong, faith-filled, positive person you were. You truly were an inspiration. Hope you're having a good time up there. Love you, my friend.

When I first met Mary in 2006 at our Phi Theta Kappa Internation Convention, I made an instant friend. Though our week together was short, we remained in touch, and I enjoyed having her as a part of my life even though it was from a distance here in Mississippi. My prayers are with you during this difficult time, and I know you will be able to draw on Mary's strength and determination.
