Obituary of Peter Vigliarolo
Peter “Viva” Vigliarolo, 70, of Brick passed away on Thursday, August 5, 2021 at the Willow Springs Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. He was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, moved to Richardson, Texas, and settled in Brick. He enjoyed relaxing on his boat where he spent his time fishing and crabbing. Peter would grill his catch of the day alongside of his signature grilled classics for his family and friends anytime they were invited to his home. He was a fantastic dancer and had a great ear for music. Peter did everything for his family, especially his grand children who he cherished most of all.
He is predeceased by his parents, Bertha and Peter Vigliarolo. Peter is survived by his children, Jason Vigliarolo and his wife, Samantha, and Jodi Barca and her husband, Mike of Brick; grandchildren, Samuel, Johanna, and Michael; siblings, Rosemarie Parisi and her husband, Pete of Texas, Debbie Bartlett and her husband, George of Manalapan, Donna Waters and her husband, Keith of Poughkeepsie, NY, and Lynda Connell and her husband, Martin of Sayerville; as well as many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
A memorial gathering will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Monday, August 9, 2021 from 2:00 to 5:30 PM with his memorial service to follow.
