Obituary of Charles Stinson
Charles A. "Chuck" Stinson, 43, of Howell passed away at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Twp. on Friday, December 14, 2012 after a courageous battle with pancreatic Cancer. Chuck was born in Fort Monmouth Hospital and was raised in Shrewsbury and had lived in Jackson before settling to Howell in 1999. He was a 1987 graduate of Monmouth Regional High School. Chuck was a supervisor of garage services for the County of Monmouth for 24 years. He was an avid fresh water fisherman. Chuck was a passionate fan of the Yankees and Jets but his true love was for his wife, Donna and his buddy, Justin.
Chuck was predeceased by his parents, Alfred and Evelyn Stinson. He is survived by his wife of 14 years, Donna; a son, Justin; two brothers, Brian Callahan and his wife, Michelle of Lincoln, CA and Michael Callahan and his wife, Linda of Toms River; a nephew; three nieces; a dear friend, Michael McIntyre of Manchester; two faithful canine companions, Lucky and Brandi; and his three feline friends, Princess, Haley, and George.
Relatives and friends may gather at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Wednesday, December 19, 2012 from 3:00 to 5:00 PM with his memorial service to follow at 5:00 PM.
