She was born in Staten Island and was raised and had lived in Jackson. She had the capacity to make everyone feel loved and accepted exactly as they were. Kimberly was amazing with her late niece, Noelle, and made it her top priority to spend time with her children. She never judged people, loved scrapbooking, and had a teddy bear collection. Kimberly will be remembered by her kind heart, compassionate nature, and ability to find positivity in any situation.

She was predeceased by her maternal grandparents, Norman and Margaret Clemens; and paternal grandparents, Frances and Mary Neller. Kimberly leaves behind to mourn her loss, her mother, Cynthia Heluk of Jackson; father, William Neller of Staten Island; children, Travis Eccleston, Faith Eccleston, Sean McDermott, Jr., and Sarah Neller; siblings, Bill Neller and his wife, Lauren of Toms River, Christopher Neller of Jackson, and Kathleen Neller of Jackson; nieces and nephews, Alexis, Ben, Michael, Ryan, Kara, Delaney, Victoria, and Bryce; many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
