Obituary of Edward C. Lipnicki

Edward C. Lipnicki, 72, of Jackson, passed away on Monday, November 8, 2021 at Ocean Medical Center, Brick. He was born and raised in Brooklyn and had lived in Staten Island. Edward moved to Manalapan in 1985 and settled in Jackson in 2005. He worked as an insurance sales representative for Allstate in Staten Island for 20 years, retiring in 2000. Edward loved to golf and tend to his potted plants. He was an avid scuba diver and loved everything about the ocean. He was a fan of the New York Jets, New York Rangers, and New York Mets. Most of all, he was proud to be a Grandpa and loved his family dearly.

Edward is survived by his wife of 49 years, Karen Lipnicki; daughters, Claire Ekizian and her husband, Christopher of Freehold and Amy Lipnicki of Brooklyn; and two grandchildren, Thea and Nora.

A visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Wednesday, November 10, 2021 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM.  Relatives and friends are invited to attend his 11:00 AM funeral service at St. Gabriel’s Cemetery & Chapel Mausoleum, 549 Newman Springs Road, Marlboro.
