Obituary of Diane Ware

Diane Ware, 71, of Wrightstown passed away on Friday, December 10, 2021 at Mt. Sinai Hospital, NYC, NY. She was born in Elizabeth, and had lived in Sayreville, Jackson, and Old Bridge prior to settling in Wrightstown in 1990. Diane enjoyed spending time at her beach house in Beach Haven West. She loved shopping, Christmas, planning a party and all things bling. Her greatest treasures were her grandchildren and great grandchildren, many of whom she helped raise.

Diane is survived by her husband of 54 years (the love of her life), Harold “Buddy” Ware of Wrightstown; children, Harold “Buddy” Ware, Jr. and his fiancé, Christine Hynes of Old Bridge, Melanee Keubler and her husband, Mark of Wrightstown, Tracy Cortese and her husband, Michael of Howell and Amy Ware and her boyfriend, John Crunkleton of Freehold; grandchildren, Buddy James and his girlfriend, Jazmyn, Amber and her husband, Marco, Christopher and his wife, Jess, Brandon, Alexis and her boyfriend, Brian, Robert, Michael, Gabriella, Kyler and Colson; and her great grandchildren, Khalyd, Dominic, Luca and Oakley.

A visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Wednesday, December 15, 2021 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM. Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the funeral home on Thursday, December 16, 2021 at 9:00 AM for the procession to her 10:00 AM Funeral Service at St.  Mary's Russian Orthodox Church, 316 Cassville Road, Jackson Township, NJ 08527. Interment will follow in St. Vladimir Cemetery, Jackson. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Diane’s name may be made to Monmouth County SPCA Duchess Fund, 260 Wall Street, Eatontown, NJ 07724.
