Condolences
My thoughts and prayers are with Richie's family, friends, and co-workers. Richie was truly one of a kind and will be missed dearly. I had the pleasure of working with Richie over many years and I am so grateful. He was such a great business partner and he was passionate about the dress business. He was a true gentleman and he cared deeply about his family and friends. I am still in shock, Richie was taken way too soon. I know he is in heaven watching over his family, friends, and his company as he will always be remembered and greatly admired.
My warmest condolences to Richie’s beautiful family, I am deeply sorry for your loss.
He was such a generous, honest and dedicated person. I worked for him for a long time during and after college. I will always remember Richie as a mentor and an amazing person who always showed kindness to all. I wish those who loved Richie peace and comfort during this difficult time.
Please accept our condolences for the tragic loss your family has endured. I cannot comprehend what you must be going through and have been praying for your family’s recovery. Even though I never met Rich in person; his kindness and charity was tangible in the way you and he treated me and my guys. I reflect on his passing often since hearing about it from your neighbors. I recognize even more than I have in the past that life is unpredictable and to cherish the time we have with the world around us. Please let me know if there is ever an opportunity to lend a hand.
Dear Dell’Anno Family,

Both Richie & Cathy were always extremely kind & gracious. Praying for your comfort & peace. Much Love & Sympathy, The Miller Family (Joe, Rose, Joey, Alex, Tess & Mary)

We just wanted to let you know that our thoughts are with you and your family.
I just found out and am completely devastated. I considered Richie, family as well as a friend. A nicer guy is almost impossible to find. My heart aches for all his family and my prayers go out to them. I really don't even know what else to say....this is just not fair!!
Richie was a true gentlemen! He would always want to truly help people and would always be there in times of need. His good heart and joy for life will be tremendously missed. My condolences to his family. Richie was one of a kind!
My prayers to his family. Richie was so kind and genuine, a true pleasure to work with. Unbelievably sad.
I am still in shock by this news. There are no words to convey my sadness.
Richie was way too young.
He was an incredibly honest and generous man in life as well as business.
I met Richie when I became a buyer over twenty years ago. We were just about the same age. I always enjoyed being creative with him and coming up with new items. He would do anything for anyone.
My thoughts and prayers are with his family during this difficult time. May God keep you in his embrace.
I am so saddened by this loss. Richie and I are the same age and grew up doing business together for 23 years. He was always fair and honest and always came out smiling. My prayers will be with all of his family, friends and coworkers at R&M. Gone way too soon.
I literally haven’t seen Richie in over 30 years, which feels crazy because I remember Richie as the type of guy you felt like you saw yesterday. That’s how we feel about people that are genuinely themselves, you know they just don’t change with the passage of time. When I heard the news of his passing, it hit me hard, harder than you might expect for someone you haven’t seen for so long. When I shared the news with my family, their reaction was the same. That was and always will be the lasting impact of Richie Dell’Anno for me, no amount of time and space lessened how you felt about the guy. He was truly the one guy I’d occasionally think of and hope I would reunite with at some point in our lives and reminisce about our friendship as teenagers in the neighborhood. Beyond saddened those hopes have been dashed far too soon. I immediately thought of Joe Panarella, his lifelong buddy, my thoughts and prayers are with him, his brother Rob, his wife, kids and Mom, and to the so many that will always love Richie. Rest In Peace old friend

I have many wonderful memories of being with Richard; celebrating with our families; coming together during a holiday or life event, or just hanging together and shooting the breeze. Richard was all about family, food, and having a good time. When I married his cousin Francine Esposito, he became my cousin and over time I thought of him like a brother. He and Cathy were more like an uncle and aunt to our three children. Words cannot express how saddened we are over his passing. He will truly be missed by us, but his memory will live on in our minds and hearts. With a heavy heart, and tears in my eyes, I say good bye, until we meet again. Rich, you are a good man. Love Peter, Francine, Julia, Nicholas, and Olivia.
Dear Dell’Anno Family,
We are so sorry for your loss and are heartbroken. He was so kind and his impact on our life was significant and we will forever honor his memory.
May God give you strength during this hard time.
Sincerely,
Judith and Farzan and the entire The Dress Outlet Team
Richie and I am in the same age…and have been working for almost like from 2004
He was for me a boss of customer…at the same time I was a friend of mine.
We didn’t talke that much…we didn’t see that much…but I was deeply with him emotionally
He was not like any other people in the industry.. friendly, gentle, reasonable but at the same time had CHARISMA
too as a leader….
He was pretty heathy man and had full of energy…I thought he could overcome easily and come back to work soon.
When I heard he would take a few months break ...I thought .. Hey are you kidding me ? 2weeks is pretty enough…
I don't know well how to send condolence letter as English is not my 1st language...
but I am sure he stays in heaven in peace.
From tearful Charlie on a gloomy night..
Such a terrible loss for the World... This was a GREAT person and friend I will miss our friendship. This hurts.

To the Dell'Anno Family
All our hearts are heavy with this passing of an extraordinary person, he touched so many lives in so many different ways with his kindness and generosity. He is a charitable, knowledgeable and gentle soul.
I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to work with him at RMR for eighteen years. It was a wonderful journey to see how our success evolved with all the ups & downs in our business. Thanks to his work ethics, thinking, and consideration of other, plus his trust and confidence in his team, that it will all work out in the end. He was a true leader throughout the process!
I have seen the many facets of this one complex individual, in his heart, he was a simple man, and all he wanted was the best for his family, friends and other people that he holds dear to his heart. We might not know who we are all the time, but if he touched your life for a moment you are a lucky one, as I consider myself. With our deepest condolences, we are praying for your family and we are so sorry for your loss. Kwai, Willow, Stephanie & The Louis Family.

Sincere condolences to the entire Dell'Anno Family I remember Richard's very first day at R&M Richards it was also the first time we had met . I told him he was way to handsome to be here and that he should be in Hollywood .He was the bosses son but never displayed that , he was a fine individual kind and thoughtful someone that I respected and cared for I am saddened , truly saddened by his passing God Bless..
An accomplished business man, always willing to learn. My deepest sympathy to the Dell'Anno family during this difficult time.
Although close in age and both from Staten Island our paths didn’t cross until we connected at St Leo’s. We coached together and 1 thing was clear the kids loved him and enjoyed playing for him. He had their best interests at heart - that was certain. He was a kind, generous, caring person who would do anything in his power to help you out. He is the reason my kids have worked at Pazzo over the years. I feel for Cathy, their kids and his immediate family. You will be missed - please look over your family and keep that smile shining down.
When I heard about the passing of Rich , I broke down and cried . I am so very sorry to hear of his passing. My heart goes out to his beautiful wife Cathy, his children Michael , AJ and Christina , his mother and his brother and his family as well. Rich was one of a kind . He was a generous soul who truly wanted to see others reach their potential . He was very helpful to me when I owned my business and I have never forgotten . During one of our conversations he made a joke and called himself “ The Profit”, in reality he was an angel and now will forever be an angel watching over his beautiful family . Cathy, I am so very sorry for you . There are no words that I could possibly express that can make you feel better . You were lucky to have had such a wonderful husband and I pray for you and the kids . Please know so many people are thinking about you and praying for you . ❤️ All my love , Jeannine Vaccaro
