Obituary of Joseph Mangiaracina

Joseph Mangiaracina, 79, of Freehold Township passed away on Tuesday, January 18, 2022, at CentraState Medical Center. He was born and raised in Queens and lived in Staten Island before settling here four years ago. Joseph worked as an office manager for Total Office Planning. He was a car fanatic and enjoyed the simple things in life such as just staying home and watching the TV.

Joseph was predeceased by his wife, Kathryn Mangiaracina in 2017.  He is survived by his fiancée, Grace Maresca of Freehold; son, Gary Mangiaracina of Matawan; grandchildren, Adriana Mangiaracina  and Joseph Mangiaracina of South Amboy, nephew, Richard Calabro and his wife, Lisa of Marlboro; and his special cat, Roxy.

Visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Monday, January 24, 2022 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 PM. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his 10:30 AM Funeral Mass at the Co-Cathedral of St. Robert Bellarmine, 61 Georgia Road, Freehold Township on Tuesday, January 25, 2022. Interment will follow at St. Charles Cemetery, 2015 Wellwood Avenue, Farmingdale, NY 11735.
