Obituary of Theresa A. Poznak

Theresa A. Poznak, 55, of Howell passed away on Sunday, February 13, 2022, at Jersey Shore Medical Center, Neptune. She was born and raised in Lavallette and had moved to Howell in 2001. Theresa was a kindhearted soul who always did for others. She was a bus aide for Harnett Transportation in Lakewood since 2007. Theresa had a love for animals and couldn’t resist rescuing a new furry friend whenever she had the opportunity to.

She is survived by her husband, John Poznak of Howell; Daughter, Barbara Poznak of South Carolina; Three Grandchildren, Christopher, Adalynn and Danica; Siblings, Carol Stewart, David Slowinski and Mark Slowinski.

Visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Thursday, February 17, 2022, from 3:00 to 7:00 PM.  Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the funeral home on Friday, February 18, 2022, at 1:00 PM for her funeral service.
