Obituary of Allan Lenesky
Allan Lenesky, 53, of Jackson passed away on Saturday, May 7, 2022 at Ocean Medical Center, Brick. He was born in Montclair and was a lifelong resident of Jackson. Allan was a member of The Arc of Monmouth, the Special Olympics, Happin and the Jackson Township Handicap Commission. He played soccer and softball in addition to bowling in the Howell and Ocean Lanes Leagues. Allan was a parishioner of St. Mary of the Lake Catholic Church, loved spending time looking at yearbooks, and was a train enthusiast. He showed his friends and family how to love and had a beautiful life where he succeeded at everything he did. Allan was an angel on earth, and everything he did, he did with his mother by his side. A tremendous source of unconditional love, he was strong, sweet and innocent. He was a gift from God, a wonderful son, the best brother, and a caring uncle.
Allan was predeceased by his father, Allan Lenesky; grandmother, Anna Padovano; and aunt, Rosemary Padovano. He is survived by his adoring mother, Joan Lenesky, sisters, Anna Lenesky, and Nicole Mineo and her husband, Carmine, all of Jackson; His nephews and niece, Carmine Mineo and his wife, Bridgette, Nicolette Mineo and her husband, Stephen, Anthony Mineo and Joseph Mineo; four great nieces and nephews, Carmine, Violetta, Oakley, and Marco; and his godmother, Maryann Massa of Linden.
Visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Friday, May 13, 2022 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 PM. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his 12:00 Noon Funeral Mass on Saturday, May 14, 2022 at St. Mary of the Lake Catholic Church, 43 Madison Avenue, Lakewood. Interment will follow at St. Mary of the Lake Cemetery & Mausoleum, One Honey Locust Drive, Lakewood, NJ 08701.
