Obituary of Athena Doris Bradley

Athena “Doris” Bradley, 78, of Ocean passed away on Wednesday, May 18, 2022 at Coral Harbor Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, Neptune City.  Doris was born in Neptune and was a lifelong resident of Ocean.  She loved going to Wall Stadium and was a devoted NASCAR fan.  Doris also enjoyed reading and spending time at the beach, but nothing compared to the happiness she experienced in her role as a grandmother. 

She was predeceased by her parents, George and Anna Hamernick; brother, George Hamernick, Jr.; and sister, Patricia Bradley.  She is survived by her daughters, Judy Robinson and her husband, Bill of Statesville, NC, Sally Cavallero and her husband, Tom of Howell, and Tammy Wood and her husband, Steven of Mooresville, NC; grandchildren, Emily Cavallero, Bobby Cavallero, Joey Cavallero, Maggie Wood, and Billy Wood; and siblings, Kenneth “Butch” Hamernick of Howell, Nancy Bonham of Howell, Joan Benoit and her husband, Mickey of Ocean, and Donna Hamernick of Williamstown.
