From Morocco, my thoughts and sincere condolences to Bob’s family.

Bob was always answering questions and supporting us in CMML friends group, and more than all that he gave us HOPE…

Dear Bob’s family,

I am deeply sorry to learn the passing of Bob - please accept my sincere condolences. Wishing you all Strength & Peace.

Had come to have known him through “CMML Friends” group. He was one of the best supportive person on the group- very knowledgeable, took time to relate and explain & guide everyone so well & was very Practical. One of the other key thing I liked is how he suggested to track my Fathers Reports- how he did it over years and that helped me tremendously.

I loved his music. And his spirit to live as normal forgetting the big C.

How much I was always used to seeing his msgs specially after I put “hello and welcome” to any incoming new member - it would remind he is right there and ‘A’ okay. Now he is really at the best place- looking upon all of us and wishing the best in this journey.

I am a member of the cmml group that Bob was very active in. He was a source of information, counsel and strength to many. He used his time and place to contribute to us all. He was always cheerful and positive in spite of the huge fatigue that we all know he must have carried.

Dear Family of Bob,

My husband was diagnosed in 2017 with CMML and shortly after I found the CMML site on Facebook. Bob was such an encouragement to me and helped explain this disease that we had never even heard of before. He was so knowledgeable and compassionate. Over and over he shared his wisdom and encouragement to all of us on that site! He will be greatly missed. My condolences and prayers.

Dear family of Bob,

I wanted to let you know how much of a help Bob was as a faithful participant in the CMML support group on Facebook, which now has over 1000 members. The group started in August 2016, and Bob joined in December of that year when we probably only had a few hundred people in the group. Since that time, we all came to depend on his insights. People would often address their questions directly to him because they knew he would not give opinion but reliable facts based on his research. He also was just a great encourager. As people were having tough days, he would jump in with a story or a suggestion or just a kind word. We were so fortunate to have him in our lives. Know that we grieve with you in his loss. I met Bob at ConEd around 2000. We worked together both there and consulting after retiring. We both loved music, especially guitars. After retiring we started playing and recording "together" over the internet. Bob was a special person and I am proud to have known him. I am deeply saddened at the loss of a dear friend.
