Obituary of Suzanne E. George

Suzanne E. George, 59, of Farmingdale passed away on Friday, June 17, 2022 at Jersey Shore University Medical Center.  Suzanne was born in Lebanon, NH, raised in Howell and settled in Farmingdale.  She had a fairy garden complete with mini fairies and garden gnomes.  Suzanne loved to go camping and relax around the bonfire with her friends and family. 

She was predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Annette Fort; and her sister, Denise Hutchinson.  Suzanne is survived by her husband of 38 years, Joseph L. George; three children, Nicole Sauer and her husband, Kevin of Howell, Joseph George of Farmingdale, and Sheryl George also of Farmingdale; and brother, Joseph Fort and his wife, Laurie of Romulus, NY.

Visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Route (Route 524), Freehold Township on Thursday, June 23, 2022 from 9:00 to 11:00 AM followed by her 11:00 AM funeral service.  Interment will take place in Evergreen Cemetery, Howell.  For those who desire, memorial contributions in Suzanne’s name may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.  For information, directions or to leave condolence messages to the family, visit www.claytonfuneralhome.com
