Obituary of William Wilson

William L. Wilson, 81, of Howell passed away on Monday, June 20, 2022 at his residence. He was born and raised in Brooklyn and had lived in Staten Island and Old Bridge before moving to Howell over 15 years ago. William was a truck driver for Teamsters Local #701. Although he had lived in New Jersey for some time, Brooklyn always had his heart and reminiscing about sneaking into Ebbets Field was one of his best stories to tell. He enjoyed taking trips to Atlantic City with his wife, Marie. William was a member of the Men’s Club of Surrey Downs and enjoyed playing cards and collecting coins. He loved nothing more than being with his family and will truly be missed.

William was predeceased by his wife, Marie Louise Wilson in 2017. He is survived by his children, Deborah Palumbo and her husband, Michael of Old Bridge and William Wilson and his wife, Sherri of Old Bridge; and his six grandchildren, Samantha, Alexander, William, Anthony, Zachary, and Matthew.
