Obituary of Craig Wallis

Craig R. "Pepe" Wallis, 46, of Barnegat passed away on Monday, January 14, 2013 at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune. Craig was born and raised in Toms River and had lived in Farmingdale, Brick, and Lakewood before moving to Barnegat in 2003. He worked at Superior Pest Control, Bayville for the past year and prior to that for Viking Pest Control, Ocean. Pepe was a lifelong race car driver at Wall Stadium and was Street Stock Champion in 1998 & 1999 in car #77. He was also a former fireman for the Squankum Fire Department. Craig is survived by his girlfriend, Jackie Davison; two sisters, Wendy Duvall of Neptune and Lamitta "Missy" Hess of Florida; two nephews; a niece; and many loyal friends. Visiting at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Thursday, January 17, 2013 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 8:30 PM with his funeral service to follow at 8:30 PM.
