Marty and Lynda Arasin send deepest sympathies to Linda and the Chong family. Dan was a true gentleman We enjoyed our visits to House of Chong in Middletown for many years. He will be missed. God Bless.
Such a nice gentleman. We are so sad to see of Mr. Chong's passing. We dined often and for many years at HOC and he was always welcoming, showing us to our favorite table. We would talk tableside about everything from types of wine to family, vacations. Hands on, hard working business owner. We will miss him. Condolences to family. The McKenna Family
We are all heartbreaking and saddened to hear of Uncle Dan's passing. He was one of the most generous and kind gentlemen who always brings laughter and joy to us. We still fondly remember and cherish the time when we paid a visit to the States back in 2003, and the time when we hung out in Hong Kong. He will be sadly missed and may perpetual light shine upon him. Our thoughts and prayers are with Aunt Linda and the Chong family. See you at the other side Uncle Dan, may you rest in peace in God's hands.
A great friend and a loving family man, you left this world way too soon. You will be dearly missed by all who knew you. My thoughts are with the entire Chong family and my deepest condolences go out to them on their loss. RIP, Dan, RIP.
