Denise (100% Italian), your passing has broken my heart. If a lesson is to be learned, it will be to make sure to follow-up with friends and not let too much time go by without a phone call, text, or better yet a visit. You were one of my best friends. We married and had children around the same time but before we became responsible adults and parents we enjoyed many good times. Going to concerts; seeing our favorite local bands, clubbing, parties, watching MTV, playing cassettes in our cars. These memories and more came flooding back when I learned of your passing. The times we spent together always included many laughs. Thank you for your friendship. You were a loving wife and mother. You’re leaving the best of yourself behind in the lives of your two beautiful children. I will be keeping your family in my prayers that they find the strength to move on.
