Obituary of Lester Cowles LePage
Lester Cowles “Cole” LePage, 76, of Howell passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 9, 2022, Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune. He was born in New Brunswick and raised in East Brunswick and had moved to Howell 25 years ago. Cole proudly served in the United States Airforce for four years serving our country during the Vietnam War. He had a passion for sports. Cole loved watching the Colts, Michigan State Football, The Lakers, and NY Rangers. Being a former athlete himself, he took pride in learning and retaining all the stats, for all the players on every team. Cole enjoyed sharing that information with everybody else. He was the best person to watch a game with on TV.
Cole was predeceased by his parents, Lester and Muriel LePage; Brother, Gordon LePage. He is survived by his loving wife, Judy LePage of Howell; stepson, Justin Jon Hedges of Manasquan and two granddaughters, Kendall and Emerson.
Visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Thursday, October 13, 2022, from 4:00 to 7:00 PM. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his 10:00 AM Funeral service on Friday, October 14, 2022, at the funeral home. Interment is private.
