Obituary of Gautanina "Tania" Aufiero

Guatanina "Tania/Diana" Aufiero peaceful passing took place at her home at early hours Oct 12, 2022. 

Loving mother of three sons, Joseph, John and Hank Aufiero, a beloved grandmother to Jillian, Joey, Henry, Cory, Brandon, Courtney, and Jon Tyler Aufiero, whom she adored and loved dearly.  

Diana, was a strong, resilient, loving, vibrant and caring women, leaving no cornerstones unturned with her devoted love for her three sons, they were the stars and apple of her eyes and that’s all that ever matter to her. 

She will forever be missed, and always remain exclusively special in many people's lives.  

Rest joyfully and peacefully Momma Dee! Forever in our hearts! 

Tania was predeceased by her husband, Henry J. Aufiero.  She is survived by three sons, Joseph Aufiero, John Aufiero and Henry Aufiero; grandchildren, John Tyler Aufiero, Joseph Aufiero and his wife, Jillian, Henry Aufiero, Brandon Aufiero and Courtney Aufiero; and her sister, Evelyn Tepedino. 

Visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Monday, October 17, 2022 from 3:00 to 7:00 PM.  Relatives and friends are invited to gather at 9:30 AM at the Funeral Home for the procession to her 10:30 AM Funeral Mass on Tuesday, October 18, 2022 at the Co-Cathedral of St. Robert Bellarmine, 61 Georgia Road, Freehold Township.  Interment will follow in Moravian Cemetery, 2205 Richmond Road Staten Island.  For information, directions or to leave condolence messages to the family, visit www.claytonfuneralhome.com
