Obituary of Nancy J. Baehny

Nancy J. Baehny, 79, of Howell passed away on Monday, November 28, 2022 at home surrounded by her family. She was born in Neptune and was a lifelong resident of Howell. Nancy worked as a caring Nurse for over 34 years at The Eye Group in Lakewood. She enjoyed going on cruises especially to the Caribbean with her family and taking trips to Atlantic City and Las Vegas. Nancy found joy in cooking every Sunday for her traditional family dinners. Above all, she was a devoted family woman. Nancy would often watch her grandchildren which brought her the purest smile.

She was predeceased by her parents, Ed and Muriel Beams; and 10 brothers and sisters. Nancy is survived by her beloved husband of 63 years, Thomas J. Baehny, Sr.; daughter, Joanne Baehny Hayes and her husband, Thomas of Howell; son, Thomas J. Baehny, Jr. and his significant other, Kathy of Farmingdale; grandchildren, Zachary Ryan Hayes and Bailey Nicole Hayes; sisters, Sandra Petro and Muriel Beams; and many loving nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Friday, December 2, 2022 from 5:30 to 7:30 PM with her funeral service to follow.
