Obituary of Vivian Vazzano

Vivian Vazzano, 87, of Howell passed away on Wednesday, February 1, 2023 at Morristown Memorial Hospital, Morristown, NJ. She was born in New York City, raised in Brooklyn and had moved to Livingston before settling here in 1988. Vivian was a teletype controller at Foster Wheeler Energy Corporation in Livingston. She was a loving mother and grandmother, an avid Mets fan, minion collector and an incredible cook, all of which she did effortlessly. Most of all, she was besotted by her own grandchildren and loved watching them grow into adulthood.

Vivian is predeceased by her husband, Frank Vazzano; and her parents, Joseph and Sophie Turrigiano.  She is survived by her daughter, Louise Vazzano of Howell; son, Thomas Vazzano and his wife, Peggy of Budd Lake; and two grandchildren, Anthony Vazzano of Budd Lake and Nicole Vazzano of Denver, CO.

Visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Sunday, February 5, 2023 from 2:00 to 6:00 PM.  Relatives and friends are invited to attend her 11:00 AM Funeral Service on February 6, 2023.
