Obituary of George Krukowsky
GEORGE A. KRUKOWSKY, 89, of FARMINGDALE, died Saturday, Jan. 19, at Care One Nursing Home in Wall Township. Born in Vermont, Mr. Krukowsky was a life long resident of Farmingdale. He worked in the track maintenance department of Jersey Central Railroad from 1943 until his retirement in 1986. He was a former member of the Squankum Fire Company, Howell Township.
He was predeceased by his wife, Lorraine in 1951; and his daughter, Martha Krukowsky in 1947. Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, Peter and Flora Krukowsky of Farmingdale; two grandchildren, Lorraine Krukowsky and Geannine Krukowsky; and two great-grandchildren, Harry Eaton and Aiden Burta.
Visiting is 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral service at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home with The Rev. Harvey Kelley. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Farmingdale.
