Obituary of William Kearns

William J. "Bill" Kearns, Sr., 63, of Freehold Township passed away at home on Sunday, February 10, 2013. Bill was born in Red Bank and had lived in Marlboro and Howell before moving to Freehold Township in 2009. He was the Vice President of Facilities for Silver Line Building Products, now Anderson Windows in North Brunswick. Bill was a 1972 graduate of the Newark College of Engineering (NJIT) where he received his Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. He was a family oriented man, enjoying golf on Sunday morning with his sons and quiet time with his grandchildren. Bill was predeceased by his mother, Jacqueline Kearns. He is survived by his wife, Dian Kearns of Freehold Township; three sons, William "Billy" Kearns, Jr. and his wife, LuzDary of Rockwell, TX, James Kearns and his wife, Carolyn "Carrie" of Jackson and Michael Kearns and his wife, Erica of Howell; one daughter, Tiffany Kearns of Howell; seven and a half grandchildren; his father, John "Jack" Kearns of Jackson; a brother, John Kearns and his wife, Sharon of Bath, PA; a sister, Judy O'Donnell and her husband, James of Jackson; many nieces and nephews; and his faithful canine companion, Eugene. Visiting at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Wednesday, February 13, 2013 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM.
