Obituary of Carol F. Eichinger

Carol F. Eichinger, 88, of Millstone passed away at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township on Tuesday, May 23, 2023.  Carol was born in Mansfield, Ohio and had lived in Florida, Ohio, New Jersey, North Carolina before settling back to New Jersey in 2015. A woman of strong faith, she was the CCD secretary at St. Catharine’s Catholic Church in Holmdel. Carol was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother, an incredible baker and had a green thumb, and did it all effortlessly. Carol loved nothing more than spending time with her family and friends-new and old. She found great peace in sitting watching the deer and hummingbirds. What made Carol so special was her constant laughter and warmth. Her wish was to be remembered with a smile.

Carol is predeceased by her husband, Donald Eichinger; parents, Margaret Boals and Jessie Frantz; brother, James Frantz; She is survived by her four children, Greg Eichinger and his wife, Tami of Charlotte, NC, Micki Crisafulli and her husband, Frank of Millstone, David Eichinger and his wife, Linda of Seymour, Tennessee and Jeff Eichinger and his wife, Charlene of Huntersville, NC; seven grandchildren, Lauren Gates and her husband, Josh, Frank Crisafulli and his wife, Rebecca, Timothy Eichinger and his wife, Pam, Maegan Eichinger, Jeffrey Eichinger, Thomas Crisafulli and Katie Eichinger; two great grandchildren, Graham Gates and Hunter Crisafulli.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her 10:00 AM Funeral Mass on Saturday, June 17, 2023, at St. Joseph Church, 91 Stillhouse Road, Millstone, NJ 08510. Inurnment will be private.
