Walter and I worked over ten years together , beginning 1956 , at an insurance company in downtown Manhattan .I knew his mom and dad and my mom ,brothers and sister met Walter .We corresponded after I moved to California and after I retired he would call me almost daily .these past 2o years or more . You just have to admire how he loved his friends . So grateful he had Diana Chase at his side and too , the love of the Burke and Norlander families . And yes , Walter , I will remember the children at Shriners Hosp. Walter and I discussed the afterlife concluding that it does make sense . George and Bertha Carlson
