Len, it was so great to work with you at Hyundai back in 2011-2014. I remember that time when we went to pick up a car, it was so much fun! You will be missed, you were such a sweet and kind soul. I hope that you rest in the sweetest peace.

Len,
As I am sitting here writing this, I am still in shock that you are gone, it doesn't seem real. Through my twin sister, I was able to get a job at Hyundai back in 2012-2014. When I met you, you were kind, welcoming, and always there to help me if I needed something. You would come to my window, to my cubicle to drop off receipts with a smile, chat for a bit, then go back to your side of the parts department. You were the type of person that if you met once, you felt like you knew them forever. You will be missed terribly. May you rest in the sweetest peace, my friend. My deepest condolences to the Datello family. The Critelli family is always here for you.

I wish there were words to describe the hole that will be left without you here. People can always be judged by the impact they have on someone’s life. If you knew Len even for a moment, an impact is what he left. His heart was nothing short of pure. He carried himself with humility and grace. Everytime he smiled you couldn’t help but smile too. He loved and cared for you like few ever will. Every memory we have, every second we shared i will cherish for the rest of my life. I am going to honor you and hope to make you proud of the man i become. Watch over this family from above. I love and will miss you so much my cousin, until i see you again.
Lenny wasn’t only my cousin, he was truly one of my dearest friends. If I ever needed advice, if I ever needed an ear he was there. The best thing about Lenny was anytime you were around him you knew it was going to be good times and good vibes always. I looked up to my older cousin as Vincent and Matthew look up to the two of us. He was a big brother figure and a damn good one, he was the leader of our pack. The memories the 4 of us shared will be ones I cherish for the rest of my life. He was one of the best people I’ll ever have the pleasure of knowing and I’m thankful I was lucky enough to call him family. I will miss him more than he may ever know. I love you Lenny. Go Leafs baby
My nephew was an absolute joy to spend time with. When I was around him my heart was full and my space was warm. We had good talks and lots of laughs. He never left me without hugging me so tight my feet would leave the ground. When Len loved you it was with his whole heart. I am so blessed that this wonderful boy graced my life. There are no words that can express how much I will miss you.
I love you my beautiful nephew.
I met Lenny when he was parts manager at the family Nissan dealership in Flemington about 10 years ago. He started out as a customer but we quickly became friends. I always looked forward to my dealer visits with him over the past several years as I knew we would get to spend time together. I am also fortunate to have become friends with the Datello family through our love of cars. Lenny and I shared many laughs and we had many deep conversations about life. He was wise beyond his years. RIP Lenny. I will always miss you. Chris Addonizio
