I'm terribly sorry for your loss, Frank was such a Beautiful Man inside and out, I Loved him from the first day I met him. I Loved taking him to lunch on the weekends, he was so happy when I took him anywhere, but he was the happiest when we went to get his Truck washed...He just Loved his Truck !!!

I will miss him so much he was such a Good Man and I'm so sorry that he has left us. The last time I visited Frank last Sunday I brought him his favorite ice cream, he loved eating his treat every time I brought it for him.

When I left him last Sunday I hugged him and I told him I Loved him and he hugged me back and he said the same to me.

May God Rest Frank's Beautiful Soul. I'm going to miss Him So Much...

Dear Lorraine, Danielle and Linda Devine,

I am truly sorry for your loss. “ Billy” was my idol growing up. I was ten years younger than him and most weekends thru my childhood I spent visiting our grandmother in Queens where Billy also lived with his parents and sisters, Bunny and Linda. Billy was a rock star in my eyes, he could party all night and still get up early in the morning and take care of business! I tried to copy his hairstyle as a JHS student while I was constantly enthralled with his positive energy, personality and charm as he interacted with every family member in that household. Billy was the Real “ kookie” from 77 Sunset Strip, a popular TV show in the 50’s. I will forever hold my cousin “Francis” in my heart as only second to my dad with the most influence on my young life. RIP Love Michael
