Obituary of Roger A. Cusson

Roger A. Cusson, 70, of Freehold passed away on Thursday, November 17, 2023 at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township.  Roger was born in Camp Lejeune, NC, raised in Manasquan, and had lived in Colts Neck and throughout Monmouth County before settling here in 2021.  A true outdoorsman, Roger worked as a farmhand and loved fishing and hunting.  Many would remember him from time spent at Mary Ann’s in Colts Neck. 

He was predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Jane Wilson.  Roger is survived by his sister, Kathy LaMura of Freehold Township; brothers, Steven Cusson of St. Petersburg, FL, Michael Cusson of St. Petersburg, FL and Scott McDonald of Neptune; niece, Katelyn Thompson and her husband, Scott of Freehold Township and their children, Sonny and Poppy; nephew, Christopher LaMura and his wife, Allison of Belmar and their children, Kaitlyn, Bridie, Ciara and Patrick; and his dear friend, Shari Erickson of Howell.
