Obituary of Louis Yandoli

Louis Yandoli, 92, of Millstone passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 29, 2023 at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township.  Louis was born, raised and had lived in Brooklyn most of his life and then moved to Staten Island in 1993.  In 2011 he settled in Millstone Township to live with his daughter.  Louis served in the United States Army during the Korean War.  Along with his twin brother, Ralph, he owned and operated Twin Home Improvements in Brooklyn.  Throughout the years, Louis relished his time playing cards, bowling, days at the racetrack, and playing his Lotto numbers and scratch-off lottery tickets.  Louis made sure not to miss any Met, Ranger or Giant games being played as it was his favorite pastime hobby.  Louis had a heart of gold and would help anyone at any time.  He was the definition of someone who would “give the shirt off their back”.  A truly good guy!  The love he had for his family was the most important thing to him. 

Louis was predeceased by his wife, Joan Yandoli; sister, Anna Comisa; brothers, Nicholas Yandoli, Anthony Yandoli, Gerard Yandoli, twin brother, Ralph Yandoli and Joseph Yandoli; and son, Louis Yandoli. He is survived by his daughter, Mary Jane Cirino and her husband, Albert; sister-in-law, Susan Yandoli; four grandchildren, Louis Yandoli and his wife, Sharon, Matthew Yandoli and his wife, Amanda, Samantha Vetro and her husband, Robert, and Sabrina Cirino and her boyfriend, Jon; and four great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Sunday, December 3, 2023 from 2:00 to 6:00 PM.  Relatives and friends are invited to attend his 10:00 AM Funeral Mass at Our Lady Help of Christians, 7396 Amboy Road, Staten Island.  Entombment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery, 361 Sharrot Avenue, Staten Island.  For information, directions or to leave condolence messages for the family, visit www.claytonfuneralhome.com
